The term ‘pharmacy’ includes all places where medicine is dispensed to patients including, but not limited to, an independent pharmacy, a pharmacy within another store (e.g. grocery store), a medicines dispensary at a hospital or clinic.
Pharmacy does not include any informal medicine provider such as a market stall, the internet, or other illicit distributor of medicines.
